Discounted Pre-Registration prices are in effect until midnight, Pacific Daylight Time, March 22; Online preregistration will remain open March 22 through midnight PDT, April 1, at the regular prices, which are $30 more for regular registrants and $15 more for students and retirees. There will be no pre-registration available April 2 through April 7. On-Site Registration begins at 3:00pm PDT, April 8.
